This type of membership is most appropriate for companies and other organizations and includes, in addition to the company / organization / institutional membership, individual memberships for up to three executives at levels which are awarded on applicable criteria below.
Corporate Organization Membership benefits include:

Comprehensive company / organization overview included in W.O.C.P.'s Directory of Members; a description of your activities that allows you to chose exactly what you wish to include, in the format you prefer.

Inclusion of ALL the projects or services that you wish to either offer for collaboration or types of opportunities that you seek to find; for example, this facilitates collaborations by describing what you wish to offer (whether it is a development compound, a marketed product, a technology or a service, e.g. legal, CRO, Consultancy, etc.). In addition, this also allows to outline what type of products or services you have an interest in finding. For example, to allow a more efficient approach, pharma and biotech companies can list the therapeutic areas of interest, territories of first priority and development stage of products that are most appealing to acquire.

Contact details of as many offices or people as you wish, with optional information such as the areas of interest of each contact.

The ability to use W.O.C.P.'s Membership Directory as a reference address or website; the web address of your "organization" would be www.wocp.org/members/"organization", as you chose it to appear.
Annual subscription fees for 2006 are: $ 1,400 / € 1170 / £ 799 / ¥ 166,000.
Corporate Organization Membership (Click here to apply)W.O.C.P. may grant membership to any individual, regardless of their organization also becoming member, although organizations that apply for Corporate Organization Membership are allowed to also include for no extra fees, up to two individuals. Individual Membership includes a personal description of the individuals' current responsibilities, role, activities, and a photograph (optional) as well as an outline of past experience and education (optional; totally at the discretion of each individual to provide the profile they wish to include). Individual Members also receive a membership certificate showing their membership level.
There are currently three levels of Individual Membership:
Associate MemberThis is open to any individual involved or interested in collaborations in the pharmaceutical field, irrespective of position or experience in setting up or managing corporate collaborations. (Click here to apply)
Executive MemberTo qualify for this level of membership, individuals must demonstrate an appropriate background and experience in setting up and managing corporate collaborations. Such an experience is expected to include up to three years in a specialised industry function such as Business Development, or up to three years in a service function (e.g. in a legal or advisory role), working closely with either corporations or institutions on collaborative arrangements in the life sciences. Senior Executive Member
Senior Executive Member is expected to be individuals that fulfil at least one of the following criteria: (Click here to apply)
- 1. Be part of the top / senior management in a company or organization, such as a CEO, Vice President, or Head of Department.
2. The highest-ranking individual in their organization's function responsible for corporate collaborations (e.g. Business Development, Technology Alliances, Corporate Development, Licensing etc).
3. Have more than three years hands on experience in a key role around setting up major collaborations (e.g. experienced industry executives, Heads of Technology Transfer Units, etc).

- For individuals that belong to organizations that have taken up Corporate Organization Membership, FREE for up to three Individual Members, irrespective of each member's level. Additional members can also be registered under such organizations, at a cost of £250 per member per year.
For individuals not linked to any corporate membership, fess for 2006, per member per year are: $ 905 / € 750 / £ 500 / ¥ 99,000
