
The Worldwide Organization for Collaborations in the Pharmaceutical Industry is dedicated to supporting collaborative arrangements in the Pharma and Biotech Industry.
W.O.C.P. was set up in response to the need in the industry for collaborations, including commercial transactions related to marketed products, such as co-promotion arrangements, expansion in new geographical territories, or product divestments or acquisitions, development compound alliances and partnering arrangements such as licensing, research collaborations, technology transfer deals (including university and academic institution - industry collaborations), as well as corporate transactions (e.g. M&A and strategic alliances).
W.O.C.P.'s remit is to facilitate partnering in the industry, collect, help develop and disseminate knowledge about best practices in dealmaking, improve communication and increase exposure of its members and the industry and widen the collaboration possibilities of its members around the world.

Dimitri F. Dimitriou,

Mr Dimitriou has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ImmuPharma plc. His past roles include senior director, worldwide business development at GlaxoSmithKline, where his responsibilities included worldwide corporate deals with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He held a similar role in Europe for Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is also the founder and chief executive officer of DyoDelta Biosciences, a company specialising in transactions between pharma and biotech companies and was chief executive officer of the London-based drug discovery company, Xcellsyz. He has a degree in biochemistry from Kings College, London and a Master's from Imperial College Medical School. |

Having graduated as a Pathologist & Toxicologist from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School (now Imperial College), London University, Tony has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Executive Business Management and Corporate Finance within the IT and Pharmaceutical/Biotech sectors. He is the founding member of Britstock Capital Management Ltd, Sercom Ltd and an advisory board member of DyoDelta Biosciences Ltd., a London based company specialising in dealmaking in the Pharma / Biotech sector. Tony has held senior management positions with HP, IBM, & DEC. He has developed start-ups, managed multi-million pound business units and is currently working as interim CEO with European organisations to accelerate sales revenue, build stakeholder value and initiate growth through Corporate Finance and M&A.

Ralph Reid, MBA Vice President |
Prior to this, Mr. Reid spent the last decade in several research and development roles at Procter & Gamble, where he developed extensive experience managing technical projects. As a Product Manager at P&G, Mr. Reid focused a significant portion of his research to conducting upstream technology development in anti-oxidant technologies and biodegradable surfactant applications. In that capacity, Mr. Reid gained consumer products experience through a variety of engagements that demanded his knowledge of the industry and the ability to anticipate trends. Most notably, Mr. Reid participated on an innovative cross-functional team charged with the creation of a new product category. Leading the investigation and identification of in/out licensing of key technologies was a major component of Mr. Reid's leadership role on this team. In addition to managing WOCP, Mr. Reid is pursuing education sector capacity and capability enhancement projects in the United States, in the United Kingdom and South America. He received his first degrees in Chemistry and Economics from the University of Illinois, his Masters in Business from Xavier University Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2003, and his Masters degree in International Education from Framingham State College, Framingham, Massachusetts, in 2004. |
